RoHS
It is legal to use old Computer-Parts produces before
07-2006 as replacement/spare-parts, even if they do not match current RoHS-Rules.
RoHS-Erklärung
RoHS allgemein gilt:
NEUE elektronische/elektrische Artikel die wir anbieten,
werden nach den gültigen Richtlinien der RoHS-Vorgaben produziert,
und sind entsprechend gekennzeichnet, also voll RoHS konform!
RoHS bei Gebrauchtwaren:
betrifft in unserem Shop nur gebrauchte Artikel aus den
80/90ziger Jahren, sprich Sammler-Computer und teilweise deren Zubehör.
RoHSPflicht-Angabe (gültig für alte Teile):
Es handelt sich um Artikel, die nicht RoHs konform sind.
(d.h. sie enthalten zum Beispiel bleihaltige Lötstellen). EG-Richtlinie
(2002/95/EG): RoHS bedeutet: Restriction Of the use of certain Hazardous
Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. zu deutsch: Einschränkung
der Verwendung bestimmter gefährlicher Stoffe in Elektro-/Elektronikgeräten.
Nicht RoHS konformen Elektronik-Bauteile dürfen ausschließlich
als Ersatzteile für die Reparatur von Elektro-/Elektronik- Geräten,
die vor dem 1. Juli 2006 in Verkehr gebracht wurden, verwendet werden,
sprich als Ersatzteile oder Sammlerstücke/Museums-Stücke für
Artikel/Zubehör das nicht mehr nach aktuell Richtlinien produziert
wird.
